Pricing:
All our prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes. Taxes and shipping will be added at checkout.
Shipping:
All orders are prepared and shipped from the Sunshine Coast. Our general processing time is 3 business days
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post
Parcels sent via Xpresspost in Canada will be delivered in 3 – 4 business days and include a tracking number and $100 insurance coverage
Parcels sent regular mail in Canada can take up to 9 – 10 business days to be delivered. They do not include insurance coverage; you can get a tracking number if you request one.
United States orders will be shipped via USPS. Purchaser is responsible for any additional tax, duty fees or charges for importing into the United States.
Packages coming from Canada into the USA can take up to 21 business days to reach its destination.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you are permitted to import the ingredients that are listed on our products according to the regulations in the USA. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery of items or of items held at Customs
We are not able to ship outside Canada or United States
Cancellations:
If we receive and process your order and you change your mind, we will not be able to offer a refund. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Allergies:
We cannot guarantee that our products or soap is appropriate for your skin type. We recommend that you perform an allergy test by washing the inside of your arm and applying the product to this area for a couple of days. Should an irritation or rash occur discontinue use. All products are for external use only.
If you have severe allergies, please be advised that our products may have been in contact with potential allergens. Contact us should you have any questions prior to using our products.
Labeling:
Our labels list ingredients in International Nomenclature (INCI) as required by Health Canada and the Canadian cosmetic law. If you need to know the meaning of an ingredient, please email us, or search the internet for the translation to common names
